2010 - 100 Years of ScoutingThe Buffalo Trail Council of the Boy Scouts of America serves more than 6,500 youth in 18 West Texas counties.

The mission of the Buffalo Trail Council is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Scout Law.

  • 2010 National Jamboree – The Buffalo Trail Council is sending two Troops of Scouts from all over the 18 county area to the 2010 National Scout Jamboree in Ft. AP Hill Virginia. This will be an exciting opportunity to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of Scouting, tour the Nation's Capitol, and enjoy an experience that will never be forgotten.
