The Sand Hills District serves Culberson, Loving, Reeves, Ward and Winkler counties.

Regular Meeting Schedule

Unit Leaders are invited to attend the Odessa Roundtable meetings for information on upcoming events and Scouting news. Here is the information for their meetings:

District Cub and Scout Roundtables meet on the First Tuesday of each month excluding June & July at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints at 5401 Jon Ben Shepperd Parkway at 7:00pm. Den and Troop Leaders this is a Great Training opportunity for you to get some ideas for your next month’s program. This is a great place to get new ideas for your meetings, network with other unit leaders and prepare for the upcoming month.

Note: Any changes due to holidays will be announced on this website, at roundtables, in the Buffalo Tracks and in any mailings to district committee members.

Sand Hills has a new District Chairman, Ralph Foust. Thank You Ralph for stepping up to help the Sand Hills District.

District Commissioner Linda Vargas is excited about getting Scouting up and running in the Sand Hills. Linda believes we can recruit new boys and leaders to help make the rest of this year and next very successful for the District.
